Story

(Changes: Corrected and altered punctuation and broke up paragraphs while barely changing content.) "This lad has been sleeping here since yesterday," the bartender stated. "I'm with him," the brute on the corner said. "I'm here to take him"—he reached his pocket—"to where he belongs." The bartender looked at him and said, "Are you sure you're not an imposter?" The brute in silver armor laughed, then said quietly, "This man is the—" The knight's voice was cut when the man suddenly reached for his sword and started slashing. Everyone backed out, except me. "Berserker!" the knight said as he slashed his strong opponent. The Berserker looked like he never got hurt, while the knight cast a healing spell whenever he got hit. The fight finally stopped when the berserker stopped moving. He stood there like a statue. A lightning was heard, and the Berserker disappeared. The knight was shocked, so was I. The lightning was seen far away near Gram Village. After that day, I never went back there again. Written by Jay, captain of Mercy Raid

Essay

The Gospel of John By G.O.S.P.E.L (Jm, Samuel, Abi, Ciara, Felicity, Kyra, Andrei, Henry, Mhej, Glen) 700 words The Gospel of John revolves around Jesus’ life as the Son of God and basically God himself. It all starts with John stating that the Word, from the beginning, is both with God and God. John later states that Jesus is that Word that ‘dwelt among us’ (John 1:14). John didn’t write about John the Baptist’s ministry but wrote about his two views: the view of John the Baptist to himself and the view of John the Baptist to Jesus as ‘preferred before him’ (John 1:30) and decidedly, the Son of God. In John 3, the first message of Jesus came to Nicodemus. This was about the birth of water and the Spirit, and the verdict. It also contained the most often quoted verse in the entire Bible: John 3:16. Chapter 4 talks about Jesus telling a Samaritan woman that married five times and was living with someone that was not her husband, concerning living water and worship in spirit and in truth. In the fifth chapter of John, Jesus talks about the relationship of the Son to the Father and the records of Both to each Other. We learn that Jesus is the bread of life in the following chapter, and to add up to that, John wrote about Jesus saying, “If anyone’s thirsty, come to me and drink (John 7:37).” John speaks now about Jesus as the Light of the world in the beginning of Chapter 8, writing also about Jesus explaining who the true children of Abraham are. Intensely, He concludes the chapter with the Jews’ indignation toward Jesus when he declared, “Before Abraham was, I am (John 8:58).”, implying that Jesus believed He was God. In the next chapter, you will see the definite rejection of Jesus by the Pharisees when even the man who was healed by Jesus explained to them how this so-called “sinner” and “devil” was able to open the eyes of the blind. Following, John 10 declares that Jesus is the good Shepherd. It’s popular verses being Verse 10 and Verse 14. Later, another contention with the Jews rises when Jesus speaks out, “I and my Father are one (John 10:30).” The introduction of Jesus as the resurrection and the life is found in John 11 where Lazarus is raised from the dead. One of Jesus’ well-known claims is recorded in the 6th verse of John 14 which states that Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life, and that no one could go to the Father except through Him. In Chapter 15, John explains the importance of having a relationship with Him; He describes Jesus as the vine and His disciples as the branches that spout from the vine, while describing God as the Gardener Who prunes the branches that bear fruit to cause them to bear even more fruit. Jesus’ last sermon is found in John 16, announcing the coming of the Spirit to reprove the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment, and guide the disciples ‘to all the truth’ (John 16:8-11, 13-15). John writes about Jesus’ final prayers in Chapter 17, which are the prayer for Him to be glorified, the prayer for the disciples, and the prayer for the church. The remaining chapters tell of Jesus’ arrest, suffering, death, and resurrection. They engage the truth of John 3:17 which speaks of God’s purpose for the world. You may have noticed the 7 “I am” statements throughout John (John 6:35, 48, 51, 8:12, 9:5, 10:7, 9, 11, 14, 11:25, 14:6, 15:1). These “I am” statements each introduce an analogy fitted to clarify who Jesus is in accordance to our relationship with Him. One example is the “the bread of life” analogy which expresses our inability to live without Jesus. As John focused on the message of Jesus as the Son of God, he used Jesus’ miracles, demonstrating his point as an actuality. The purpose of the Gospel of John was one that John had in common with the men who wrote the Synoptic Gospels (Matthew, Mark, and Luke), but his method for achieving it distinguishes his gospel from the earlier ones. So John’s retelling of Jesus’ life adds up to the three other Gospels as a proud distinction.

Gregar

(Started writing in November 30, 2018) What moral principle would you like to impart here? One by one, the townspeople rushed up to hear about the announcements for the coming years. As if this was a place of rendezvous, the children climbed on each other to grab a chance at this adored sight. One remarkable event evoked the most excitement. It was known as the Consolidation of the Assiduous. The sentinels who protect this place from Accost tyrants are augmented every decade through the Consolidation. One hooded fellow had been walking behind the cynosure. He was calm, very much intrigued at the situation. While everyone was ingenuously enjoying the auspicious moment, one cynical sentinel felt emnity with the hooded visitor and aberrantly approached him. Meanwhile, a young man, declared estranged from his old life, was drowning in deep euphoria. His mind flew around the vivid memories of a farmer boy who had longed for more, but this boy had grown—grown up having the same pristine incandescence. After the last activity, we returned to our rooms to take off the nifty armor, used only during these particular seven days. The innate complaisance of the unscarred toward the government had been causing such a trepidation among the elders concerning a long-forgotten prophesy. King Whni, a ruler from long before the, received a written scroll retrieved from a stallion that had wandered into the city. The horse had a saddle—but had no rider. The design exhibited symbols of those within the East faction. The king was very much intrigue virtuoso faction bearing such afflatus.

What Do I Want

December 2019

Knightfly

While the smoke cloud behind me loomed, I closed the hatch and climbed down, avoiding the carcasses' smell. With two fingers pressed on my nose, I lounged around my shelter to retain relaxation, sitting on an incomplete chair. Radiation got me, and I died silently, alone. "Good evening, traveler. It's time to depart." A man with a gray beard, white hair, and light yellow skin tone stood with a light covering below his nose. One scar was enough to get me emgaged, but he grabbed me and threw me onto the school bus. "You're not the only one here. Be nice and eerie!" He tipped his hat and slammed the bus. I couldn't hear it, but as soon as he slammed, the bus roared to life, gaining speed as it slid along this foggy pathway. Like a rocking boat, I got up in the bus and staggered across the hallway, recognizing none of the passengers' faces. Before sitting down, I assessed every person that occupied the bus, sorting out a list in my head. I walked to an empty seat and sat down, turning to the clouds outside. I stared for a while and removed my glasses to clean. That's when I realized. I haven't been myself. I haven't been in my body. I stared at my reflection and saw it. I saw my new self. I had golden buzz-cut hair, a collar tunic, and hooded eyes. If this wan't enough, I had no idea how I even got here. I pictured myself signing up for this sci-fi fantasy school trip. "Welcome to Timeless, a school organized to meet chosen people who've died and are chosen to eradicate entire civilizations from scratch." That's what he said, but where am I really? We all looked around except me. Some stood up. Some covered their heads. I just closed my eyes. Wanting to see a little bit, I put a hand over my face and opened my eyes. I waved it up and down to free myself from this reality, but nothing works. A dozen dressed individuals entered the classroom. They walked up to each one us, stopping like they were assigned to us before we were even here. They stared at us and we stared at them. "If you want to succeed and do well in the future, listen to me when I tell you about your world," was their first message to us. "What world?" we asked, hoping we misheard. They covered our eyes and showed us an illusion of our world. We gasped, forcing ourselves to calm down and chin up. I was peeved. When are they going to explain what we should do? I thought. "Where is it you are taking us?" Brian, one of us, asked. Jeje, one of the dressed individuals, replies, "Each of you is going to different worlds. You will eradicate entire civilizations we ask you to eradicate." "Oh," said Brian, sitting back down. "I want to live." "You will get to live soon enough," Jeje said, smiling. We stopped conversing once it was dinnertime, bringing ourselves wearily to the tables in the cafeteria. No one else was there except the persons we've seen. In addition to everything we've learned today, this was unusual and creepy. We ate beef stew thoughtfully. The lights mesmerized us. They were floating balls of light that moved arbitrarily. "Those are the people wished for us to protect and murder," Alain, one of the dressed individuals, said. There were red and yellow lights. "Who's your leader?" Anna, one of us, asked. "Lord Rred, spelled with a double 'r'." I woke up with a coffee in my hand. I haven't finished my morning coffee! I thought. I wore a belt pack and held a torch. It wasn't dark, but I wanted to at least know where I am.

Balancing on a Tightrope

When I take cold showers, my pain lessens. When I exercise, my pain lessens. When I draw and improve, my pain lessens. When I care for face, body, and health, my pain drastically lessens. When I socialize, my pain intensifies. When I try and don’t feel like I’m improving, my pain intensifies. When I remember my past and feel worse than when I was younger, my pain drastically intensifies. I feel great but scared. I’m balancing on a tightrope.

Peacemaker

Stuck in golden attire, he found himself unsightly in the sight of the city he built. He tore his clothes and told his concubines to exit the room. His lips were chaffed. He was faint from lack of food. His body ached where he lied with. He left the room with nothing but food fair for a journey. Once he reached his door, no one called, and he was free. He opened his eyes. It was raining, and there was a boy beside him. He recalled his decision and gave the boy a few taps. The boy woke up, asking the man why he's sleeping here instead of in a house. He answered, "I sleep here because I don't want to be bothered." The boy smiles. "You're like Papa. Papa doesn't like people bothering him while he rests." ... Fifty years later, from the deaths of billions of adventurers, he became known as the Man of Evil. He walked along a narrow coast of sad thoughts, but somehow, this sadness had a ringing comfortably familiar to him. It was a ring of silence. The sound people make when they stop talking, stop lying, stop crying, stop shouting, and stop living. I only want peace. It was his only intention.

Adventurous Group

From an adventurous group, three deities, Josh, Damione, and Lescrat arrived at one of three remnants from an attack. The remnant, Fort Breeze welcomed them for the gathering that would take place in it. God-King Hara-arara, orchestrator of the gathering, invited the fourteen deities of the Jayko Alliance, briefly stating his intentions for a bout. The fourteen deities arrived as requested, and so Josh, Damione, and Lescrat entered the court last. Equinox brought three of his conjured newbie ghouls, ordering them to observe. Beside Equinox's ghouls and creatures of other deities, Wil Kins, a human stood there frightened. *Where am I? Why am I here?* he thought, holding a hand to his mouth, gasping. He fell to the ground and backed away from the ghouls. The God-King eagerly grasped his cup and stood proudly. He closed his eyes. When he opened them, he disappeared. Everyone else closed their eyes too; they disappeared.

Dancing Image

Setting on a new road won't be without heartaches, yet my heart knows there will be glorious moments too, I thought. "Excuse me, I thought we made a commitment to attend practice every week or so?" said a friendly swordmaker. "Civ, I'm attending the date my family set me up on!" I exclaimed as my feet leaped further away from him. ... I reincarnated, have my memories from the old world, and grew up here. I came here for a reason. There should be a good reason as to why I'm here. If not, I'm giving up. "I mean, I walked all the way here. I should definitely make the best out of it." I stood at the edge of a cliff and took this opportunity and jumped. I'm Showerskin. My friend, who I had known for thirteen years, died for an unknown reason. If there was a way I can make up for it, I would. I'm not asking the questions: I'm looking for a way to spend my life in peace.

The Orc Cannon, The Reclusive Mage's Sacrifice, and the Steel Village Exodus

The sounds of the gate opening got the fighters upright and tense. They shouted in unison as the interlopers—goblins, orcs, wolves, and kobolds—were let in. They shot a volley of bolts and arrow first. Afterwards, they charged in unison as the enemies scattered, acknowledging the impenetrable human wave. ... Unfortunately, as a consequence of using such powerful magic, the mage had fallen to the ground, dead. The fighters gathered and paid their respects to the village’s last mage, calling the village chief who had been among the fighters for a meeting. The village chief concluded that staying in the village would be suicide after witnessing their enemies’ newfound strength.

Callum's Match-Flame Clay Figures and the Angered Evolution

The cold air blew into Callum’s nostrils, energizing him to take a long-winded swing on rock with a pickaxe. His legs firm and his posture upright, he continued this action until the day was over, during which he leveled up several times in evolutionary paths related to mining. Wiping the sweat off his forehead, he left the quarry with the rest of his fellow miners and returned to his house. ... Evolutionary developments, paths, and levels took the forms of animallike features that emerged when one slept. One could have osteoderms across his chest, arms, and back, while another could have jaws and teeth that could crush a turtle’s shell if they were lucky. ... When Callum wondered if anger influenced their rate of evolutionary development, he actually meant anger influencing their faith.

Bone-Armored Matthew Fights Horn-Dagger Wildebeests

He saw litters of bits along the road whence the group of orcs came. He followed it, and it led to an congested area of tall houses. Orcs were everywhere, and soldiers could be seen struggling to push them back. The orcs were tall, 8-feet-tall, and buff. One of them grabbed a soldier’s head and crushed it into bits. ... The wildebeests switched from quadrupedal to bipedal, looking like a minotaur. They grabbed their horn and turned into a curved dagger. The horn regrew slowly. They charged at Matthew, who threw himself under them to slide, but they stopped him and grabbed him by the neck, stabbing him. Matthew smiled, wearing bone armor. He slammed his axe at the wildebeest’s throat and jumped down, swinging his axe left and right as the wildebeests panicked and hit each other as they charged at Matthew.

Blueberries

I went to a weeding today, and it was the same old feeling. The place was beautiful, don't get me wrong. It was built in a city mostly of hilly and mountainous forests. It was multi-layered, but the word "functional" isn't what I would use for it. It's too let-it-loose, but that's what event venues are for.

Anyways, I came home and remembered not buying mixed berries. I recently bought a frozen mixed berries pack of blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries. It's 4 pounds or around 1.8 kilos. It was life-changing because it allowed me to stay up for 40+ hours. This was coupled with taking a cold shower, eating enough nutrients and protein from other healthy and some unhealthy food. It was borderline frozen but not frozen all the way. I could eat it a minute or two after I took it out of the fridge into a small cup. It stained the fingers and clothes somewhat. I had to change to using a spoon.

Eating mixed berries helped me stay up for 40+ hours with plenty of energy that I could do one set of push-ups, pull-ups, and hanging leg raises each despite being more than 24 hours into the grind. This was a rare thing. This was less of an experiment to see how well my body could handle staying up and more of a bipolar thing.

I'm diagnosed with bipolar I disorder. It's not something I explain my personal experience's details of, much.

I need to blog this, he thought, and put it out there because I need somewhere to log this. It would be great to see a blog of everything that I felt—he looked at an empty plate with some bits here and there of corned beef and white rice—experienced, and thought at the time. Blogging is helpful not only for the sake of documentation but for me as well as a person. Organizing my thoughts into chunks divided by surface-level, mixed, and detailed—hmm! Helpful! The feeling in his teeth signaled a need to brush his teeth.

I want to lie down and stop thinking. It would be great to get into a momentum.

I'm learning how to code websites right now.

Hopefully, everything is set up, and my environment is ripe for a momentum. Making a routine out of everything helps me sleep better.

I need to have a vlog as well to keep myself having a log. I don't want to go back to a state of lull where I don't think about anything nor the consequences of anything. I want to think about everything as I get things done. In order to do that, I need a routine so static that my thoughts can wander around.

My skill in drawing and writing is such a long way from what I want them to be. Exercise is getting somewhere with bodyweight now that I have a pull-up stand and things have gotten better. I need to find a place where working out well at the gym and getting along with the rest of my hobbies work out.

Music is far, far away. Getting concealer is far, far away. Face care is far, far away. Expensive books to study in my free time is far, far away. I need money, and I need plenty of it to learn. Hopefully, this coding works out, but if it doesn't, I'll keep going anyway.

I'm getting depressed. What is this feeling? I woke up at 12 noon only to remember the wedding and the bad memories associated with the people there. I never had good memories with my cousins besides eating food, being in the same room with them, and mean-spirited talk. I'm not a victim. They go through stuff. I go through stuff. We hang out. The differences, good and bad, show themselves, and that becomes a problem.

I don't want to remember. Too many things that I don't want to remember because I don't have the necessary state of mind to handle it. The state of mind being, "am I taking care of myself enough?"

I need to take care of my hygiene, eat healthy, and do something productive to make sure I can cope and get a consistent supply of money. This sounds like a teenager talking. This is.

I'm not special. Too many people out there with their lives. I see so many kinds of people, and I'm done. Just like survivorship bias. I don't have to treat everyone that voices out their thoughts and presence on the internet as the only people in the world. Those who don't share even a comment are more in number.

I'm trying to change. I'm trying to upload on social media to keep a log of who I am and how I've changed throughout the years. I get nervous. I get scared. It's terrifying putting yourself out there.

I started a livestream despite that.

Hobbies are an escape for me, he thought. I'm not having fun. I'm scared. I'm terrified, but things have gotten better. I'm happy about that. The sound of his dad calling his youngest brother made him glance toward the door. He could hear ceramic tapping against ceramic. "They were eating or making food," he said.

I don't want to make it all sound like the worst thing in the world. One empty cup and one full cup stood beside him. The plate that he mentioned hours ago after 12 midnight was still there. "I need to go downstairs and prepare myself for the day. Waking up and writing isn't the way to go."

This isn't entertainment. I need somewhere to dump all my thoughts. I need a place to be free. "Bring it [the thoughts] down," he said. He rubbed his hair. He remembered the receding hair article he read from which he derived that one of the causes of receding hair was stress.

"Hopefully this can improve my writing."

I forgot to brush my teeth. Shit.

Okay, no brushing teeth, he thought after he left to get an apple. He had sat down on a three-stacked chair listening to the talking of his older half-brother to people online on Discord and his parents to each other. He went upstairs after a few minutes.

I learned that desert sand retained its heat, but its heat wasn't all that hot in the first place.

I get the feeling things aren't going end up nice if I don't manage to get things under control. The brushing teeth and taking a shower everyday, the diet, the exercise, the coding, and the everything. I can only handle so much. How long will it take until everything tears itself apart in its weight?

I want a free zone.

Clearing my head is better than not. I need to separate images, long text like this, videos, et cetera to keep a plethora of distinct perspectives.

Blogging is the scariest thing that ever occurred to me.

I lacked sleep during these previous days. Forcing yourself to stay awake for more than 24 hours has ramifications for at least a week.

Notion

He wandered around, providing the possible massacre of goblins a reach toward a better world.

He found that the worst things in life came together in harmony. All he had to do was forget what made the world impossible to deal with. He had to become perfect somehow.

He had to become perfect somehow. He had to become what he needed to become. He had to become perfect somehow. He had to remember what made the world perfect in the first place.

  1. Probably around 4 - 6 hours of sleep: lack of sleep.
  2. Loose diet
  3. Exercise is still lacking: I stopped at leg raises, pull-ups, pull-ups with raised legs, one-arm dead hang, running up and down the stairs, and push-ups
  4. Many other issues

He watched the world turn into a piece of trash. He demanded that people become the imperfection that was. He had to become everything that he had to become.

He had to become the perfection that was and was to come. He had to create a perfect.

  1. 20-20-20
  2. Eye drops
  3. 2 hours for 15 minutes
  4. Every 45 minutes, alternate from sitting to standing or vice versa.
  5. Sleep better

Clem's Explosive Arrival & Medieval Crowd

Clem Hohmann, he walked like he was contemplating every step. When he stopped where the sky had met the ground, he stood like a perched bird. A doctor appointed himself to stand before him, asking about the weather. Also, he said, "They are coming soon, Sir." "Is that so?" "Yes, Sir." He exploded where he was. "A live grenade," said someone in the audience before him. He woke up, groaning, and his aching body squelched, wet like sunflower oil. The scent of hissing burning wood wafted downwards and upwards from a desk to the left in front of him.

Drake's Goblin Cave & Bandit Magic

He was not yet done. A young goblin made his forehead burn, bringing him to his senses. The ten-year-old-looking monster child struck him again. He backed off, looking around and seeing more goblins. "What!" He ran off, running toward wherever the darkness felt less dim. ... The goblins took a step too close, and he reacted, shouting at them. "Get the... get off!" He threw his arms left and right, failing to hit a soul. He gasped and choked on his breath. He could not breathe. While he was getting back his breath from shock and shouting, the goblins struck him on the head with a rock.

Bata and Ritand

As he shifted the pouch of Ritand behind him, Bata smiled, touched the bottom of Ritand’s pouch, and said, "If he was here, how do you think he would react?” His tone shifted from somewhat abrasive to delighted. Bata remembered their horrible parents because of their excitement for traveling. Ritand wanted to grin to hide his emotions, but he was afraid of returning to the horrible mindset of pessimistic distrust. Even if Bata dumped his emotions on him, he would still trust his intentions at least. Bata and Ritand knew they were in their twenties, but they would rather live a simple, carefree life like children.

Fly

He was sitting at a table in a rundown cafe, idly contemplating the various gray objects in the room, including the speckled ceiling and the dingy bathroom door. As he sat there, he noticed a small fly perched on the edge of his coffee cup. He recoiled in horror - he was severely allergic to flies, and even a touch from one could cause his skin to erupt in painful red welts. ... As he lay on the ground, writhing in pain, the fly descended upon him, stinging him repeatedly until he went limp. He was dead. ... As the man's consciousness faded, he felt a strange sensation wash over him, like he was being pulled through a portal to another world. Suddenly, he found himself standing in the middle of a lush forest, surrounded by towering trees and babbling brooks.

Birds

Samuel glanced at several birds flying about in the distance. He thought they were grotesque, sighed, and got up to leave to his hotel room. He gave the birds a sweeping glance that revealed his thoughts. These birds were strange. They set down to give him the stink eye, which was abnormal for a bird. Samuel was ignorant of their abnormal behavior and had left. When Samuel entered the hotel, miserable screams greeted him, making him lose his composure. “What is that?” he said, his voice hoarse after refraining from speaking for hours. Grasping his hat, he dashed toward the exit. While moving, he checked behind him several times. He pressed his shoulder and right arm against the door. His left hand raised, he had prepared to block his face in case of an attack. However, Samuel had left, panting. He rested against a bridge rail, forcing a smile toward a passerby who seemed disappointed. After boarding a fast commericial plane and returning home, he felt compelled to recall the past events. To begin thinking, he moved his head to adjust for a headache. He had refrained from speaking for hours before heading to the hotel. His first reason for refraining from speaking was to appear to others as an elegant spectator who refrains from speaking. He liked to feel above others. It was his joy to feel like he could understand someone in a heartbeat. If others thought he had this ability, then he would believe he had it in a way. His other reason was to explore the perspective of this type of spectator. He hoped that this perspective would make him enjoy life more and be a fun guy overall. He thought it was a trivial thing to have intellectual thoughts for someone like him that he deemed intelligent. As he had been traveling abroad for fun, he had hoped to leave the ugly park to relax at the hotel. He had checked several times during his dash toward the exit of the hotel. He expected to see a shadowy figure similar to the ghostly monsters he thought he had seen often in his childhood. He had gotten a headache during his dash after the screams. His sudden strong exertion during his run, strained his weak muscles. His thoughts at the moment were messy, but he had brought them to the forefront of his mind now, which put him at ease. While removing his socks, he caught a glimpse of a familiar scene on live TV. A group of birds similar to the ones he had seen a while ago was shown in a photo. Since he was tired and his head full, he wanted to replace his thoughts with something trivial. However, instead of trivial news, he learned that the perpetrators for the screams were the birds flying outside a while ago. They had harassed a group of women and made them jump and scream out of surprise. This was the reason. This was tame compared to what Samuel imagined. Samuel gulped, starting to feel embarassed. The image of his ugly reaction after the screams made him grimace. He leapt to a mirror. He was a brown-haired, 34-year-old, 79-kilo, 5’4 male with a natural curls hairstyle, excellent teeth, black eyes, moustache, high forehead, short beard, full lips, simple clothing style, matched mustard-yellow wool plaid jacket, desert-yellow cargo pants, lavender-purple cotton shirt, and mustard-yellow linen walk shorts from H&M, and thin-framed glasses. His cold analysis paused his embarassment. While organizing his thoughts, he sat down and weighed his legs to check for a sprain. When he had realized his legs was exhausted, he had sighed out of relief. “Now I don’t have to go outside to eat,” he said after realizing the magnitude of his embarassment, letting himself fall against his bed. He had planned to eat a lavish restaurant meal for dinner instead of his lightweight travel meal. This plan was over. He almost forgot his embarassment when the TV made a loud noise that reminded him again. He sighed and turned it off. He could hear the whispering and loud noise of crowds in his head. To block it out, he grabbed a guitar and played it even if it was out of tune. His stressed face grew relaxed. However, after playing for a while, he still forced a smile and got up, leaving his guitar on the bed. He checked for onlookers and grabbed a key hidden inside a shoe. He walked to a cabinet and unlocked it, revealing electronic speakers. He grabbed a familiar CD that was on top of the cabinet and slotted it in. Radiohead's Daily Mail played its first note and immediately made him relax. He lay down on the bed again, pushing the guitar aside with his foot. He soon fell asleep.

Peter Excerpt: The Confession

The near death he had experienced was still real to him emotionally. He was just good at hiding much of his emotions, but time was ticking. He needed to leave with the dhole and restore his health and get some sleep to rid himself of his bodily trembling. His stress was reaching overload levels. A long silence followed, which made the dhole raise a brow, giving Peter a chance to sort his words. “I killed someone.” Peter’s face twitched. He felt confused toward his burst of honesty. “W-what should I do?” He began to cry, his voice sounding like a horse. “I murdered them!” He cursed himself for speaking so vehemently.

John's Car Crash Joy & Scream

As he witnessed the horrific collision of a car against a man, John's heart leapt with joy, as if the violent act before him was a sign of some divine retribution for the pain his mother had caused him. The man lay motionless on the pavement, blood pooling around his head, but John couldn't help but feel a sense of satisfaction, as if justice had been served in some twisted way. ... Ma, I want to scream still. I think it's healthy. Everyday is a decision to me. To live. To be alive. And to continue living. I choose life everytime. I can't imagine myself not screaming at the top of my lungs, knowing that I still live. I cannot live like this. The inability to scream without regarding everyone around me. I want to live and breathe and scream. To be me is to suffer like living. Being free. Is. Living.

Matthew and the Blue Goblins

He visited three controlled dungeon steps where he hypothesized about the dynamics of goblin behavior, proposing a plan to study them. This would be a study that drew from full-day focal follows of adult female blue goblins in three study groups for each dungeon steps; phenological data from the goblin group home ranges; and insect abundance data via malaise trap and sweep net methods; among others. To end, these follows would last 4 to 5 months, around 140 days. ... Information like these would soon be valuable in methodologies moving forward, as many skills relied on this. Of course, many adventurers could instinctively make good decisions, but having mathematical and scientific confirmation made that much more fool-proof since even the best made bad improvisations frequently enough to rouse an evidence-backed need.

Various Players in a Days-Old World

Starting off with an idyllic lens, in a small hill, there appeared hundreds of men, women, and children of varying ages... ... In reference to solutions to counterbalance an unsustainably solely idyllic perspective, the god knew well that displacement of such a degree would traumatize them... ... As to a broader view of this entire situation, while the concept of roles, ideas, concepts, symbols, and icons could inform the world-sent humans... it was subject to debate. ... In conclusion, four lens had been explored: one idyllic, one solution-oriented, one immediate and interpersonal, and one about epistemology and language. This multi-axial development of ideas could be identified the starting explosion of insight surrounding the foregoing humans.

I Was Anything and Everything

I remember well the pain and living and of waking up and seeing hundreds of people walking by through my memories and telling me things that I know already. However, because much time has passed, I could very well have been anybody and everybody, because each brought out something full out of me such that I was a full person in each moment, continuous thread, arc, and phase of my life. And that is what makes it challenging for me. ... I saw a million moments and a million selves, and I knew well that at each person, I was a distinct person. My memories point me to the millions of "mes" that have existed throughout time.
